Forms - Transcript Request
- Click on the Transcript Request link and complete the Google Form. The form will be directed to the school's registrar.
- Pay for your Transcript by registering in Paypams (Click on link below), click on Transcripts and send a Screenshot of payment confirmation to: prescott.katherine@lee.k12.al.us
