Every school in Alabama is to develop an Alabama Continuous Improvement Plan that outlines specific goals and objectives to guide and inform improvement. This plan is designed to create a framework that addresses specific areas relating to the school's practices and cultural environment. These areas include: Student Success,  Human Resources, Learning Environment, and Communications and Culture.
