Congratulations to Parker Van Noy for winning his second Wrestling State Championship and also winning 5A AHSAA most outstanding wrestler for the State Tournament!
Congratulations to Brody Edwards for finishing Wrestling State Runner Up!
The Lady Hornets Basketball team will bring their 17-8 record to Regionals or shall we say "Sweet 16" on Thursday at 9:00 am where they will play Central Clay at Alabama State University. This is the first time the Lady Hornets have made it to regionals since the 2010-2011 season. Go Hornets!
9th & 10th Grade Students: Course request forms for the 2026-2027 school year have been distributed. This form is a very important step in planning your schedule for next year. Please be sure to complete the form and turn it into your second block teacher no later than Feb. 20, 2026
Juniors and Seniors attending prom: Everyone must complete a prom form and turn it into Mrs. Brown by February 27. You must turn in the form; no emailed forms will be accepted. If you need to pay a guest fee, it is due by February 27 as well. Juniors, see your ACT teacher for a form. Seniors, see Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Peacock, Mrs. McDonald, or Coach Langley.
Team and individual photos for soccer, baseball, and softball will be taken on today (02/17) as follows: During 5th block: First - Baseball (field); Second - Soccer (field). After school at 3:20 pm: First - Group track photo (from press box); Second - Softball (field)
Math Team members who are participating in the AU Puzzle Competition will have another MANDATORY practice tomorrow (02/18) 7:00 a.m. in Mrs. Cleiland's room.

Lee County Secondary Teacher of the Year:
Congratulations to Coach Shane Lake for being named the Lee County School Secondary Teacher of the Year. Coach Lake will now compete for the Alabama State Teacher of the Year.
2025-2026 Beauregard High School Support Employee of the Year:
Congratulation to Mrs. Patricia Barge for being Named the 2025-2026 Beauregard High School Support Employee of the Year.
