Yesterday, the Lady Hornets basketball team lost in the Sweet 16 45-33 to Central Clay. This wraps up a historic season for the Lady Hornets basketball program. Record: 17-9 (Most wins since 2010-2011). First time in the Sweet 16 since the 2010-2011 season. Fourth consecutive winning season. Congratulations to these athletes and their coaches! The players thank our students, faculty and staff for their support during this unforgettable season!
The Baseball Hornets won a marathon game 4 to 3 over Saint James in 16 innings, tied for the second longest game by innings in state history. Davis Fuller got the win on the mound and Carter Roberts delivered the walk-off single, scoring Aziah Murphy in the bottom of the 16th. Six different hornet pitchers held Saint James to nine hits and only three runs. What a way to start the season! The Varsity and JV hornets hit the road Saturday to take on Reeltown starting at 11:00 a.m.
9th & 10th Grade Students: Course request forms for the 2026-2027 school year have been distributed. This form is a very important step in planning your schedule for next year. Please be sure to complete the form and turn it into your second block teacher today!
Juniors and Seniors attending prom: Everyone must complete a prom form and turn it into Mrs. Brown by February 27. You must turn in the form; no emailed forms will be accepted. If you need to pay a guest fee, it is due by February 27 as well. Juniors, see your ACT teacher for a form. Seniors, see Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Peacock, Mrs. McDonald, or Coach Langley.

Lee County Secondary Teacher of the Year:
Congratulations to Coach Shane Lake for being named the Lee County School Secondary Teacher of the Year. Coach Lake will now compete for the Alabama State Teacher of the Year.
2025-2026 Beauregard High School Support Employee of the Year:
Congratulation to Mrs. Patricia Barge for being Named the 2025-2026 Beauregard High School Support Employee of the Year.
